We have tried several passwords and then reset the page using the link at the bottom of the home page, but still no luck. How can I get him logged onto the website. Hello ... I am having trouble getting a member logged in for the first time. System keeps rejecting his requests, and I have also reset the page using the link at the bottom of the home page but still no luck. Can you help.

My apologies if you received this request for support more than once.

Have them check their spam/junk box.
