I am trying to pull together ways to use the Website for PR. We have Club Bios which I think the VPPR could help encourage members to add their picture and information. Also, we post pictures of our weekly winners and have pages of good information about our club for people interested in joining.

Was wondering if anyone else has leveraged other features of the website for VPPR?


Also, is it possible to add in a calendar feature where we plug events coming up such area or district events?

Look in the public downloads area of the Brian test website for Powerpoints... probably lots of good ideas there.

My club has a Distinguished Members page... club DTMs and members who are District Officers and such.

When ever you are trying to get member input/participation, I recommend doing a simple form in MS Word or whatever that will guide them in what information is wanted. Helps a lot.

You can add whatever events to the calendar you wish... you can also link to a file/flyer or another website for each event.

Your Club Calendar has been hidden. To show it you need to uncheck the "hide" option in the Appearance Tab of the Admin Console
