Our Club prefers to use its own agenda format. As I am trying to persuade the members to use the Meeting Agenda on the website, I have run into some barriers. Trying to accommodate all requests, is it possible to change the word "Roles" to the word "Opportunity" on the menu items?

I can see how to create my own agenda, but not the category of Roles. Any suggestions? As it is, I have a template of our agenda available in Member Downloads for the Toastmaster to utilize each week.

Sorry you do not have access to change that title.

They are called roles in the TI manuals and that is the wording we use.

As Brian notes, the term "Roles" is "baked in" to the system template, and we are not likely to change that.

However, if you can post a PDF of your club's custom agenda in a post, we may be able to give you some suggestions about how to *approximate* it via the built-in functionality. It will not likely be the same as what you have had in the past. However, the built-in functionality typically provides some additional features that go beyond what clubs have previously used. For example, the role change notifications and the role reports come to mind.
