That number is an indication of the number of times that person has been assigned to that role.

2) In www.toastmasters.org when I go to my profile I can see my educational accomplishments. How can I transfer that information to my Club's web site

The web admin or an officer with Membership Management rights can change your post-nominal title. As a member you can do that by logging on to your website and choosing the menu item "Edit Your Profile" . Your club website database is not linked to the TI database, so there is no way to transfer the information - it has to be done manually. Typically the VPE would update the information (or ask the appropriate person to do so) when an award application is submitted to TI
