We used to use a google doc for sign ups and recently switched to the software.

There is a report in the software that tracks how many times roles have been performed.

But it is not accurate since people did roles in the past outside of the software by signing up on the google doc.

Is there a way for us to update the software so that it accurately reflects the number of tiems that people have performed roles? Like a one time update?

You would need to create agendas for the past dates and fill in the members for each role.
