Hi,

My name is Kinha Leung, I am 1 of the officers (the webmaster) of FoxVox Toastmasters Club #9771. I realized a discrepancy in the email address of the VP of Education.

Under Individual Club Officers from the Club E-mail Adddresses link, the email address is This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

When the treasurer of our club (FoxVox) sent Dues Renewal Invoice/notice to club members from the FoxVox website, the VP of Education was copied for each invoice/notice that was sent to the club members. And the invoice/notice that was copied to the VP of Education was sent to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Questions:
1) Where do we go to change or can we change the email address for Dues Renewal Invoice/notice to be the same as what is listed under Individual Club Officers from the Club E-mail Addresses link? Currently, the treasurer receives the "undeliverable" email notice because of the discrepancy.

2) Where do we go to change or can we change to have the president copied on the Dues Renewal Invocie/notice rather than having the VP of Education copied on the Dues Renewal/notice.

Ok, you had This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. in for the club archive email address. That was why the vpe was getting copied on the emails.

That is a problem.... You should *never* put a system email address in for the club archive email address. It will cause email loops which can crash the list server. I will have to put a catch for that in the code.

I had to delete that address from the club archive email address. You can put a non system email address their if you wish.

You cannot have dues notices cc'd to another officer via the system. It is not set up that way. However, your treasurer could probably set up a forwarding rule w/ their email provider to accomplish the same thing.
