I am the President and Administrator of my Club #2976 in Chattanooga TN and am working on a training program on the use of our Club Website for our member as well as other clubs in my district. Specifically I am looking for a presentation that explains how the agenda feature on the club website works. Some time ago the administrator for the Donoghue-Dunedin Toastmasters (#2166) had issued a Help Document" for their website which covered agenda preparation etc but I can not find that document anywhere on this forum. Is there any one out there who can help me as I do not want to "re-invent the wheel". Thank you.

I too am thinking of creating a series of videos that explain how to use various features of FTH. I have found a piece of open source software called OBS that facilitates capturing video, screens, audio, etc to make these kinds of presentations. I created a couple of videos around practical stuff like how to log on the Toastmasters International site and accessing Club Central.
