Hi, Sherry #3524 DelMarTM.org
Your agenda is useful. Our 22 roles are generated automatically, based on history. Therefore, the TM has to confirm with all 22 members that they will indeed take that role that week. If there were a button on the bottom of the agenda[ [CONFIRM ROLE] the TM would know who was in and who was not without tracking it by hand. The agenda knows who a member is when they log in, it also knows which role that have been assigned. THANK YOU. - Sherry
