Hello all,

I have started taking over web admin duties.

There is a problem with the site which may have occurred sometime during the summer, not sure.

One of our new members seems to now be appearing as having roles on many agendas, going back at least a couple of years. This should not be possible as he only joined 6 months ago. His profile pic is that of a former member. This former member no longer shows up on the website at all, even in the former member group, or in any past agendas. It is tough to tell, but it looks like this former member wasn't deleted or moved to a new group, but was somehow replaced by our new member.

The former member is Danielle Casey (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.)
The new member is Michael Salvatore (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.)

My question is, can this be fixed? Any idea how this could have happened?

Previous admin swears they did not delete anybody or do anything that could have caused this.

I would really appreciate if someone could figure out what may have happened. I would like to get the website back to where it belongs.

Eric,

Most likely what happened is that someone changed the email address for Danielle to Michael's, then changed the name to match the email. This is the only way I know of that it could have happened.

The fix would be to do the opposite, add Michael and then reassign Michael to the roles he as held since he has joined, then move Danielle to former members.
