Club 2015198 changed presidents recently but that doesn't show up here yet but it does in Toastmasters.org
How long does it take to update here?
You got my email address wrong originally this year (as the one that appears doesn't exist anywhere ever)
I even updated my email information on Toastmasters.org hoping it would be reset here as well.
Since it's not my fault that my email was entered wrong -- as you clearly state you pull it from Toastmasters.org (and I did enter it in correctly originally and recently) -- and you're not affiliated with Toastmasters.org what recourse do I have?

This is incorrect. The only information that we fetch from Toastmasters.org is the publically accessible club information on Find a Club. That is it. We do not have a way to access any other information from there, including member contact information.

Your name and contact information is stored in your website membership management module. Your club website admin can update that for you.

I just went in and updated the club contact info but I'm finding on the FTH page you're still listing Our Club Contacts as Sandi Barrett: 978-443-6800 & Steve Tannuzzo (President): 781-290-7466. They have not been involved in our club as officers for a couple years. Where is that information pulling from?

One of your members added that to the FTH site. We are not responsible for that site. TI updates the Toastmaster site; You input your club officers on that site and in the FTH site. We do not do any of that...

Ok, your website needs some information clean up...

Officers: These are set in membership management. Please review our doc on membership management: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/membership-management

Former members: These are moved from the Members tab to Former Members tab in membership management. Use the tools on the drop down there.

Contact Us form: Use the Contact Form tab in Email and Contact forms to set which people show up on your Contact Us form. Please review support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/email-and-contact-forms

The information in Membership Management does not automatically sync with member information on the TI website.

My recommendation is to go in and do a thorough reconciliation (comparison) between the Membership Management info and the TI info after each dues period. If you just make it a practice to do that, you should be able to keep your website info up to date.

If the corrections you telling me about require me to log into FTH, I can do nothing as of right now. The only things I can change are on the TI site. This is why I'm feeling so helpless. I can follow instructions just fine, once I have permissions to access stuff. (I used to work in IT and know my way around a web page.) I'm going to let some time pass and check again tomorrow to see if I can get in. Once I do I'll clean up our member roster and be sure they can log in to submit their pictures, contact info and bio's

That is not likely to help... your email address seems to be entered incorrectly for the admin, so you cannot get any admin password resets via email. We do not reset passwords, but we have an automated way to get you in that does that... it is just a bit cumbersome. Basically, follow the instructions in the following doc: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/w...-no-longer-available

The end goal of the instructions is to get a link emailed to your correct email address that will allow you to get in as the admin. Then you can correct your email address in the admin tab of the admin console, and all should be good. If you follow the instructions, you will get 2 emails... the first to approve the change, and the second with the actual access link.

In a nutshell, you make yourself the club contact in the TI website, then you complete the admin change form. The admin change form will send the link to the person who is listed as the club contact on Find a Club (which you just set to yourself) for approving the admin change. Basically, you enable yourself to approve the "change" to yourself. In this case, since your password is not working and the normal forgot password mechanism will send to the wrong email address, this is your only recourse.

Ok, I did not realize you had already updated it.

The simple way to know if it is updated is just to locate your club in Find a Club and hover your mouse over the blue Email the Club button. The email that shows at the bottom left when you do this is the one that is of interest.

I looked in the admin section of your website and even though you are listed as the admin, you are not listed as a member... I did not see your name and/or email in the member section... Try adding your name as a member also and resend. I added you as a member and sent you an email.... Did you receive it?

How do I add myself as a member if I can't get in as an admin though? The old admins created this page 3 years ago. I joined 1.5 years ago. (The officers for the 2nd year of the club didn't maintain the FTH site so most of the members listed are no longer involved in Toasmsasters.) Is there a way for a member to enter themselves without the admins' help?
