I can get logged in, I can get to the tab, I can make the changes I want, but I get the above error when I click Save.

Were you doing anything special when you got that?

It could just be a bad connection to the server. In order to prevent data loss, you could try saving to a local file, ditching the browser tab/reloading the browser and then reloading the content from the local file and clicking save.

Also, you can always click the reload link at the very bottom of your website.

Every browser on the workstation was throwing the same error, but when I tried from my phone's browser, it took the updates just fine. I guess I won't make updates on that workstation.
