I've read all the other posts about printing agendas and my issue doesn't appear to have been addressed. I have gone through the agenda template and indicated all the roles that we want to have appear on the printed agenda, but when it prints, the entire speaking portion of our meeting is missing (Speaker #1, eval, Speaker #2, eval). The timings are properly adjusted; there is simply a gap in time where nothing is printed on the page. I've attached a copy.

I just looked and those roles do not have the printer beside them. You need to edit the edit and active the print choice and save the role and then save the agenda

no speaker, evalulator or timer are selected for printing.

Maybe I should add this screen shot to show that the roles are really there...

Brian,
What agenda are you looking at? The only one I see is the Agenda Template, and I've got the printer option on each role for the entire agenda.

Templates are just starting material for agendas... there is no linkage between the templates and the dated agendas. You cannot print a template, but you can print a dated agenda... your dated agenda does not have printing check box checked.

Look at your *dated agenda* via the pencil icon.

Oh! I understand...each week, we have to update the agenda and set it to print all the items. Duh.

Thank you!

Not quite. You just need to make sure that if you create a dated agenda from a template, then the template has those items set to print.

However, in your case, I am guessing that the dated agenda was already created before your template got to its current state. As I stated, there is not linkage between dated agendas and templates. Therefore, once you create a dated agenda from a template, any changes you make to the template (afterwards) will *not* get reflected in any dated agendas created from the template prior to the template update.

Just remember that any existing dated agendas will not be affected by any changes to agenda templates. Only future dated agendas that you create from the template are affected by the template updates.

If you have 5 future dated agendas missing the print setting, and you change the template to add the print setting, the 5 future dated agendas will not be affected. You will need to look at weather to edit those 5 agendas or just delete them and recreate them from the updated template.
