Under "Club E-mail Addresses" on the ToastHost website, when I click on that first group link to send an email to all club members, I can successfully send emails from my iPhone.

However, when I try to do the same thing on my laptop, I am unable to send emails. When I push the "send" button, I'm given a message that says, "No valid email accounts are configured. Add an account to send email." I click on the "Add account" option and type in my usual Outlook password. The system searches for me, it pops up with a window with my email address and asks me to enter the password. I enter my usual Outlook password again and the system does not recognize it.

The email account I have is a Microsoft Exchange - Office Outlook WebAccess account. Again, I can use the "email all club members" email address link from my iPhone, but not my laptop. My iPhone didn't have me go through any of the above steps. It just send the email without problems.

I would greatly appreciate any help unraveling this mystery! Thank you!

-Anna

If you are using webmail of any kind you will need to copy and paste the email address into your webmail.

Your other choice s to install and setup a PC based email client.
