I wish to stay in touch with guests. I understand how I can select all guests that have been put into our Membership Management area. But can I then simply send them our agenda, from the club website?

Thanks,

Chuck

Send the email of the agenda to your members and when you receive the email forward it to your guests.

Or

Print the Agenda to PDF and then send the pdf to your guests.

Remember your guest may not what to receive your agendas all the time and will mark your emails as spam if you do so without their permission.

Got it. How do I have the message come from my club address versus my personal email address?
