Dear Sir,

I have a member here who is having problem logging in to our website above. She has successfully login before. In this case, she accidentally clicked on the "Authenticate/login" button without typing in a password. It has been more than a week and she still has not received the authentication link. She has checked with the Toastmasters International website to make use that her email address is correct. I was testing on her issue and now I am unable to login as a member. I am the site admin.

It seems most of your members are using a-star.edu.sg email addresses. Are your emails to members working?
You might need to have the domain toastmastersclubs.org whitelisted by your IT department.

Note that FTH2 does not use the member email address as registered at TI, it uses the email as it is entered in Membership Management on your FTH2 site (it might or might not be the same).

You can log in as admin and check the email addresses in Membership Management.

I can see the email being send to Tam, please have them check the spam box, if not there you will have to check with your IT department.

Hi Brian and Pam,

Thank you for your help. It seems the members were able to receive the emails previously. Maybe the block was instituted recently. Anyway, I will migrate the members' email addresses to their personal ones.
