I am the web-admin of club 9308. How to add/register myself to the access, i.e., setting the first-time id/PW to my website?

Your club contact has not yet approved the change. We do not approve those changes, your club contact (stephanose) or past admin do the approving.

The alternate is whoever is listed as the club contact on the TM Find a Club.

If it is not correct, we will need to cancel your request and have you resubmit it after you update the Find A Club contact.

Incorrect. They do not reply, they need to click the link in the email. The link is the only way to approve the change. Nothing else will work and we will not go around that system.

Thank you Steve,

I understand what do you mean. But the main difficulties is that our retired admin apparently were not that easy to be helpful in this transition. He may chose to not reply or response whatever we have requested. Otherwise, we would not not come to situations like this. I know we can go all around to have many ways to approve we are doing the 'legal' business, but frankly, it may take many unnecessary waste of time of all of us. As so many around already passed, I think you should have your judgement and plus - the approval from toastmaster officers who take the same level of security for approvment of who I am.

To start, log in as admin, launch admin console, then click the appearance tab.

Uncheck the checkboxes for Club Calendar and Meeting Agendas.

Read through the documentation on Meeting Agendas: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/agenda-index
