Call Orlando Lemon, a new member of Toastmaster Brandon HCC 831439. He has been blocked in attempting to solve a problem using Free Toast Host support. He was also stymied trying to register with our club website.

On the club website, he followed the instruction when the password did not work, leaving the screen blank. He was promised an email to complete the registration/password reset process. But nothing came to his email!

I'm connecting as Secretary because I happened to have my userid and password at hand, working from his computer.

Free Toast Host offers nothing to a new user who has been blocked out to contact for support. Novices ought not to be faced with such frustrations! Nor, I, an experienced user!

1) FTH does not offer telephone support.

2) The authorization emails are being sent to Orlando. The emails are being sent and are being received by yahoo have him check his spam folder.
