I created an agenda template that maps to our meeting, adding in our auxilary roles... but it doesnot appear to myself as a member, nor to our VPED.

All we can see is the default template for 3 speakers.
And, if selecting ALL TEMPLATES, our previous efforts at populating that. (and would like to remove those!)

We'd LOVE To move to online agenda management... but can't find a way to make our template visible!

All the rest have been deleted i suggest you clear your browser cache or click on the link at the bottom of any page of your site. Agreed - THE ONLY template visible is the default 3-speaker.

I've created a VE-3 speaker template, and SAVED... but cannot find it. Do I have to make it visible somehow?

I can see it as admin, but not as member.

CLEARED CACHE - same status. *sigh*

--->> Or can only ADMIN and VPE see the various templates?

How do we get rid of the numerous failed trials at agenda creation which have DATES
