How do we report rogue admin change requests?

Our officers received an Admin Change Request on 8/10/2014 from someone claiming to be "yeanoh thomas ( This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. )" We do not known this person. We do not authorize this person.

Then all you need to do is deny the change. Keep in mind that the email goes to two emails, the current admin and the email on record at Toastmasters International.
