A new member is unable to create a password for the site. She has typed in the email address we have associated with her account "This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.". When she types it in the username field and then leaves the password blank and presses "authenticate" she still can't get into the system to create an account. How can we resolve this? She has followed the instructions exactly.
