At Summit Toastmasters where we use Free ToastHoast, we are experiencing problems where people are rightfully doing things to the Agenda (signing up or mostly canceling) but then they don't inform our VP of Education.

Does anyone know of anyway that she can be notified by the system when changes are made? If this is beyond the system's capabilities, other suggestions are welcomed.

Thank you in advance!

Currently the members have to tell the vp Ed, and Toastmaster that is why the email button on the agenda defaults to those 2.

In the next release there will be options to tell the vp ed if a change is made.
