When I go to edit an Agenda I add members who have signed up on an Advanced Schedule we have for our Club. I enter a Speaker's name, set the time for their speech and indicate that it is a Speech. After I save and close the Edit and return to the Agenda there is no entry depicted where the Speaker can enter their Speech number, title or intro. Our Club is Club 9864, Pinnacle Toastmasters.

Is there a specific date that you are editing? I can see everything you say is missing.

Scroll down to very bottom and click on the link to reload the website from the server to see if you can see them.

I tried re-loading from the server and nothing changed. The Agenda I was viewing was 10-29-14. I have attached a screen shot of what I see. I can see the Speaker assigned but there is no way for me to assign a speech or intro.

Your screen shot didn't come through, but hopefully this helps:

Once the agenda is saved, the Admin (webmaster) or the Meeting Toastmaster can make changes (including speech details) in edit mode.
The speakers will be able to enter their speech details when they log in.
As Roger mentioned, your settings are correct
