Over the last several months, various members in our club did not receive emails sent from our club website. Some issues seem to resolve by themselves over time, while a new member just started having problem with not receiving club emails. She also has difficulty accessing our club website.

Where do I go to look for these issues and fix the problems for her?

Well, we are going to need more information than just telling us that you have a member that is having a problem. :)

What is your club number please? We need you to either put that in every post, or put it in your forum signature (easier)--you can click the link in my forum signature below if you want to set up yours.

Can you give us the member's first name?

Can you give us a date when you sent an email and this member did not receive it? We can check our email logs.

Has the member set up their cookies correctly so that they do not get prematurely logged out when accessing the website?

Has the member listed the domain toastmastersclubs.org as a safe sender in their email software/webmail?

It is certainly possible that there is an issue on our end as with any type of major changes. However, we need as much specific information as you can give us to enable us to do a proper investigation.

My club is Washoe Express Toastmasters Club, #456, in Reno, NV. The club # is in my forum signature - I just checked. But maybe I didn't post my forum properly so you couldn't see it.

My member's name is Vickie Musni. She's had the email problem for about a week. She checked her cookie setting last night but was still having problem after that. I don't know about the safe sender list, but I'll remind her. If she received emails before, why not now?

Thank you so much for checking into this, and I'll relay your tips to her meanwhile.
