I have tried to login and it gives this message:
You have errors in your form below. Please scroll down and correct the following:
You must select your name from the displayed drop down list for the login to be accepted. Start typing your name or e-mail, then select your name from the list. If your name does not appear, then the admin has not entered your contact information into this website yet.

I did select my name and it won't let me login.


I'm an administrator for the website and also can't see how to reset passwords. I've searched the documentation but can't seem to find simple stuff like this.

This system hasn't worked since the upgrade. It worked quite well before.

The documentation for member password setup and changing is the very first one on the list:
support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/browsing-and-logging-in

The required information is also given on the login screen.

Similarly to reset the admin password just click on the link on the login screen and follow the instructions in the email generated by the request.

If you have forgotten your password make sure you leave the password box blank before licking the Authenticate/Login button
