It appears one of our club officers accidentally deleted the club agenda for January 9th. Is there a way to recover t his agenda or do we need to manually re-enter it? I want to make sure our role reports are complete and accurate.

Sorry, we do not have undelete implemented for agendas at this time, so you will have to re-enter.
(Undelete for agendas will be added in the future.)

:(
I was hoping the site employed a "soft delete" approach with agendas flagged for deletion not visible to end users but still in existence on the back-end database side.

Live and learn,
Darrell

Well, we do have that for webpages and member info--it is a delayed delete that keeps the info for 30 days before actually doing the delete. I just added the member undelete in November, 2014.

However, as I am a volunteer and the only system developer with only so much spare time to dedicate to updating the system, there is just no way I can update everything instantly to where I think it should be. I have to do updates piecemeal or not at all.

An agenda can't be "accidentally" deleted - a conscious decision has to be made, and even then it can only be deleted by the VPE or the admin. All of the warnings are in place.
