Hi,

Thank you for providing support and even enhancements to our FreeToastHost Sites!
Our newest member
1. login into our website and requested new password yestersday
2 clicked on set, confirm new password from returned email and seemed to be in
3. login again with password but got an error on password, clicked to get new password
4 clicked on set, confirm new password fr0m returned email ...
.... this occured a couple of times and she seems not to able to use her last password to login
(although she could through getting a new password)

As site administrator, I got the email that mentioned that "Manisha ... has requested a member password reset for this website. This confirms that another email containing the password reset link has also been sent to them."

Is there something that should be set so that her password is kept somewhere? I watched her login, get error on password, open her gmail account, click on the link, add password repeat password, ... through webex.

Any help would be apprecirated!
Thank you in advance,

Sze-Wen Kuo

Well, her password should be kept without any issues.

Get her to make sure she doesn't have "caps lock" on when setting her password and when entering it - the password is case sensitive.

Also make sure that when she logs in she types in her name and actually selects her name when it shows in the pop-up box. She has to do this to request a new password and also to log in to the site. She can't just type in her name and password.
