I am trying to log into the district 9 website as a leader (I am an Area Director). It won't take the password I had before, and when I try to get a new one by leaving the password blank, it says it sent a link to my email, but it doesn't. I checked by junk and spam filters and it isn't there. My name is Allen Hanson and my email on file is This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

Thanks

The middle initial "o" is missing from your address on the district website. You'll need to get that fixed, as that is the email address that the password resets are going to.

I sent you an email.. it's fixed.. there was an issue more than just the 'o' - the site admin had put your former profile as a former leader.. and the current profile was made in addition to that instead of resetting you as a current leader.. and it won't allow the same email on more than one account.. so I went in and took away an email from the former and corrected the current one.. which should be a sufficient enough 'fix' for it to work now.. (you'll still have to 'reset' the password but you SHOULD get the reset email now.
