Hi I just recently needed to manage a password for a user and found it difficult to locate specific information.

I eventually found what I was looking for under 'Members with a shared (or no) email address'.

Which while pointed me in the right direction was still trial and error.

The first instruction - Enter your (the admin) email in the member's record. Maybe needs to be a little more precise; I immediately assumed this meant Member Management however the system refused to allow a duplicated email address.

the instruction should maybe read 'enter your (the admin) email into the members profile.'

I am not sure if it was replacing my email address in member management with something else then updating the members profile with my original address allowed me to authenticate, but this worked.
