"Other Officer" is not a specific person, it is a catch all/miscellaneous designation. There can be several "Other Officers".

Any one designated as an "Other Officer" is included in the officer distribution list, but they do not get their own officer alias.

Common uses for the Other Officer designation are to keep past officers included in communications to current officers (essentially an officer "emeritus" designation) and to designate a regular member allowed to send emails to the non-member email lists. Normally, only officers can send emails to the non-member email lists, so by designating a member as an Other Officer, you are essentially allowing them to send email to those lists.
