So I am trying to move our club to Free Toast Host for the Agenda.

One question is when the Toastmaster sends out the agenda a few days before the meeting and asks for people to reply to confirm. I seem to be getting these emails. (everyone's confirmation.)

Does Everyone everyone in the club get these? Or Am I only getting them because I am the VPE.

I'd like to set it up so only the Toastmaster get them, or at least the TM and VPE.
