I have the template all set up but there is nothing about how to actually email it and print it! i am beyond frustrated.

jpalsabah Topic Author Offline New Member Posts: 10 Thank you received: 2	i saw that but i don't see an "Agenda button bar" We have a tab on our website that says "Agenda Template/Settings" i clicked that and went through all the global settings and default descriptions, i created a template, under Agenda Template. but there is no button to send. i wish i could send a screen shot after i select an agenda the only icon is to add or delete the agenda

your in agenda templates

You need to create a dated agenda using your template.

You really need to read all the documentation on Agendas
support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/agenda-index

You create a template
Then you create a dated agenda for the date and time of your meetings
Then you email, or populate the agenda then email and print

jpalsabah Topic Author Offline New Member Posts: 10 Thank you received: 2	i know i should read the documentation that is what i have been doing all morning. but it's beyond frustrating because i already created a an agenda and to click + as it sates in the documentation to create another agenda i should choose a date. NO date option is given only option is to create a completely new agenda. . this is a very complicated system and the documentation is not helpful.

You have the agendas link shut off for the dated agendas module.

Have your admin turn it back on via the Hide Menu settings in the Admin Console / Appearance Settings.

I click on create new agenda. in the Meeting Agendas / Create New at the left of my screen. and then i click the + chose and agenda and i click List all Agendas: there is an agenda from 2012. that has more options such as Choose Manual/Speech drop down. I don't see the option in the template setup can I copy this agenda somehow?
