My hunch is that one of your members has a bad email address entered.

Funky emails?
I checked all emails on distribution and they all look ok.
I tested all with a broadcast using BBC and they all sent without a problem.

Then tried MEMBERS-### again and it worked!

So - now to figure out what happened in the middle... hmmm. And why it keeps happening. Hmmm.
