How do I arrange the position of the district leaders? Please refer to: d16.toastmastersdistricts.org/meetourmembers.html

I want it to show the district trio first and then the Public relation manager, then Finance, then Admin then the immediate past district director. I also want the Division Director in order with their area directors: I.e: Division A Director:then Area A-1; A-2; A-3 A-4..... then Division C Director: followed by Area C-1; C-2, C-3, C-4 and so on... after the last Division Director and their Area Director; next would be the rest of the District Directors Team.

I am unable to switch the positions. What happens is the server groups Area Directors, Division Directors and other officers together and organize it by the first letter of their first names. I am unable to move the positions manually.

Please help. Thank you.

That is an automated page generated by the server code that depends mostly on what people put into their profiles, including whether they are "Public" or not.

The sort depends on the roles that you assign to people in the Membership Management module. Because the roles need to remain a bit generic to be usable across districts and clubs, there is no real way to assign an officer role as "Division A Director" or "Area B21 Director", etc. (I was Division A Director for my District last year, so I have a feel for this.)

If you are not happy with the sort, you are always create a custom page of your liking and just hide the Meet our District Leaders page... You do have that option.

Thank you, Steve. If I hide the 'meet our district readers' page, can the district leaders still log in and post their bios and pictures?
