I am no longer the VP of PR or webmaster for the club I'm in. I am transitioning everything over to a new person. I have a few questions:
1. I would receive (along with someone else), the contact us forms from our site. I am still receiving them even though I've changed the administrator name and email address and even changed the roles of the new officers. Where else might this information be stored because the VP PR is not getting the emails at all even though I've added her name as the role. She's also Sargent at Arms, could this be trumping it?
2. We tried to set her up on this site, but she never received the e-mail confirmation. This was a few weeks ago, and we haven't attempted since. I wasn't sure if there were issues that happened around the new year change over or not.

Your new Admin/VPPR can change the "Contact Us" recipients in the Email & Contact Forms module. The contacts can be selected by officer role or by member name - in your case two member names are assigned - yours being one of them.

Do you mean that she didn't receive the email confirmation as the new admin? She is set up as the admin, with the same email address as in the membership list. I've just forced a new email with the admin login key to go to her,

Thank you! We are rockin' and rollin' now with the contact us form. I didn't even think to look there.

The second question wasn't related to the admin password. It was related to getting the new webmaster/VPPR access to this forum site. When we went to create a new account for her, she never received the confirmation e-mail to continue setting up her account. We'll try again another day. It might have been acting weird at the time, because it was right before year end.

Always check the spam/junk mail folder in those cases... sometimes those emails end up there.
