I Have 2 members in my club 3337150 Downtown Coquitlam Toastmasters who have problems with FTH group emails.

The first member does not receive any of the group emails. Everyone else does. I have tried removing him from our membership list and and adding him again. I even tried changing his name and email address. In case you're checking, his name is Dave Reilley. Why doesn't he receive emails sent out via FTH?

The other member does receive group emails. However, when she tries to reply to them, her replies are not received.

David is using a hosting company that allows hackers and spammers. The IP David mail server is using has been unblocked.

We will need the other members name as well.

Yes - she says it happens erratically. Some members do not receive her emails. I personally do so, as you say, her emails are going out.

1) have the members who did not receive check their spam boxes.

2) we will need the names of the people who did not receive.
