I am the president of Rancho Speech Masters, club #9113. I am in the process of developing our Toast Host site before unveiling it as a functioning tool to my fellow members. I created a mock agenda to bring to next week's meeting, but it does not contain the meeting minutes. The meeting sminutes appear as I'm creating the agenda, but not the printed version. This will be a HUGE problem for my club because our current agenda (that we create in Excel) does have the meeting minutes on the agenda.

Please help.

What exactly are you referring to? There is no spot for meeting minutes in the agenda and there never has been.

If you want to save your meeting minutes, then you should upload them to the file manager then put a link to them in the meeting description area to allow easy access to them from the online agenda.

Did you mean that the meeting role descriptions aren't showing on your printed agenda? To change that go to the Agenda Settings Module: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/agenda-default-settings

Sorry for the confusion. On our current agenda, which we created as a Word document, the first column includes the actual minutes that each segment of the meeting comprises. Our meeting starts at 7:05, so the Call to Assemble starts at 7:05. President's Welcome starts at 7:06. Pledge and Inspiration at 7:08. When I created a mock agenda on our new Toast Host site, I see that these times are on the form, but when I view the agenda I created those times disappear and are not on the printed agenda. This will be a huge issue for us. Having the starting time of the third speech or Table Topics helps us know if we are behind (and risk ending the meeting late). Also helps us determine how many Table Topics we have time for.

I hope I cleared up your question. Again, the times are on the form as I'm creating the agenda, but not on the printed agenda.
