I have set up my account on our new website but It will not allow me to log in. I left the password blank and is waiting for validation to be emailed to me since from 8 pm I am yet to see such validation in my email account. Can someone please help me to get logged in? I am not sure if I am doing the correct steps, but I have followed the instructions to the letter.

No, it is not in my junk folder, however, I have whitelisted emails addresses from toastmasters. I have checked this morning and it is still not here.

Here is the report from my support for the last couple of days. They say they are not seeing any email coming from toastmaster.

Of course not they are blocking the mail somewhere.

Did you open the report that was attached? What reason would they have to block my emails coming from toastmaster's system?

I am not following! I have access to other clubs log in and details that I am a member of.

I am of the opinion that this has to do with this new website. I am able to log into my other two clubs member portal without any issue. I am using the same login credentials.

My Support is saying one thing and you are saying another while I am in the middle. Is this the first time this type of issue is coming to your attention? What could I have possibly done wrong in setting up this website?

Can I please get some help with my authentication password? I am making request but no one seem to know how to assist.

Try a different email address not using eddieedwardsspeaks.com as the domain is not accepting email from the sever.

I am receiving emails at eddie@eddieedwardsspeaks for North Metro Toastmaster Club and Jokers Wild Toastmasters club. how can it be possible for this anomaly to be unresolvable it that is the case? Are these two free toast host websites any different from that of empire? Change to a different email address will only cause more problems. Is there no other solution than changing this address?

You do not have any MX records specified for your domain to receive email so it defaults to your A records.

Today I tried to log into Empireboardofrealtisttoastmastersclub website and it is no longer live. why is that? Do I have to recreate the site again?

Should avoid long website aliases... We keep advising that and people keep ignoring us...

I have changed the alias to EBRtoastmasters.toastmastersclubs.org. Since you suggested that long aliases are not the best option. Now I am not able to receive email authentications for my email address This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. again. (rather I did a new request from 2:30pm and now it is 3:10 PM and I have not gotten a response. Could you please check to see if we are back to the old stalemate reading and sending of emails?

The alias has *nothing* to do with email.

We tell people to keep them short to give their users a break... type less, get more done.

"toastmasters" is redundant since the FTH domain is toastmastersclubs
