I had a speech-a-thon template that I used in Sept. but did not save it as a template. I want to use it to create an agenda for March 2017 but now it is not available when I go to create a template. Is there anyway I can view this old agenda to save as a template?

When you create a new agenda, you are asked to choose the template on which to base it. Probably most people use an existing template, but you can also scroll further down the list and choose an existing agenda.

You'll need to note the date of the agenda you want to use before you begin, and of course it still needs to be in the list of previous agendas. If it's been deleted, the only option will be to create the entire agenda from scratch.

You can also save the existing agenda as a template for future use. support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/agenda-templates

Thank you!

What I realized that I needed to check a box to list all agendas to view earlier versions.

Yeah, that is a quirk currently that I hope to address in the near future.
