One of the existing club officers has to request the site be removed or Toastmasters international will provide us a list of clubs that are now suspended.

So what is my next step? Do I make a formal request to someone at toastmasters international to inform you that club 3929 was suspended over 3 years ago and that its web page needs to be removed to make room for another club in the same area?

We will follow up with TI

There is no such thing as need to make room for a new club just request with the appropriate information.
