I was reviewing member speech reports for a specific member (Linda He) and noticed that for recent entries, the speech project and title information did not appear on the member speech report.

Since i knew these were all recent entries on the database for this member, including some that were entered for earlier dates, I thought it may have something to do with the date of entry, but a check on other members shows it to be more random. I'm puzzled

I ran the report as administrator, then logged out and used the VPE role to login (still using the admin password) and got the same results.

Is it just the report or also missing from relevant agenda?

As far as I can see it's just the report. The data is still present in the agenda.

Please be specific. What date is the Agenda and what is the members name and what is the speech project.

It is many members on many dates, not just one occurrence.

The most recent is Linda He on December 29th CC10, but about 5 of that member's speech titles do not show on the report, even though they are on the agenda.

Also, the report is still off by a day every time.

I am going to be looking into this shortly. Could you please do us a favor and just put your club number in your forum signature in your forum profile? Just refer to the link in my signature below for how to do that. It makes life much easier for us if we do not have to keep asking you for it and then you do not have to remember to put it in your forum posts, also.

I could put a club number in my profile, but I'm the web admin for multiple clubs so I still need to put it in the support thread or you won't know which one.

I've attached the report for Linda He that was generated just a few moments ago. You can see that 5 of the projects show no information, but it's present on the agenda, which I updated myself (using admin id) and double checked.

Notice also that the dates on the report are one day earlier than the date on the agenda. I've reported this in the past. I don't have a problem with it, but it confuses other people. You'll see this if you look at the most recent entry - the report shows December 28, while the agenda is December 29.

Here's a real oddity. This problem appears to be happening at random within Spring City Toastmasters reports, so I also ran reports on the two other club I administered and noted that there are no problems that I can see there.

Ok, I think I have these issues resolved now.

Can you verify that you are seeing everything as expected?
