So, here's what I've got -- as steps -- to build an agenda-template from a former agenda which works for us:

1. Launch Admin Console
2. Choose "Select A Module/ Website Settings"
3. Scroll down and choose "Meeting Agenda Settings" which brings a new screen forward
4. This "Meeting Agenda Settings" screen offers options, which offers the third tab....
5. Agenda Templates, at which time a new pull-down is offered, to....
6. Select An Agenda Template

But I want to choose one of our PREVIOUSLY USED agendas from which to build a new template. I suggest that an option be created in that part of the module so I have an option: choose a template or choose a previously used agenda that I can edit and use going forward.

Meanwhile, what do you suggest as I reach that point? I attached a screen capture for the point at which we should be able to choose a prior agenda as a new template.

As always, thank you.

Bill, you're nearly there.

Before you start:
  • Go into the existing dated agendas and choose the one you want to use as a template (select from the drop down, you might need to check "show all agendas".
  • Click the pencil (edit) icon near the top right
  • Choose the first tab: "Agenda Setup"
  • Click the blue button labelled "Save this Agenda as an Agenda Template"
  • The form that pops up defaults to "Add a new Agenda Template" which is what you probably want. If you want to replace an existing template, select it from the drop down
  • Type in the name of your new template (unless you have chosen to replace an existing template - the name will be retained). Note - you can rename the template later.
  • Click "Save as an Agenda Template"
  • You'll be taken back to the agenda setup tab of your selected dated agenda. Close that

At this stage your new named template exists. To edit it, proceed with the steps you listed and choose the new template.

I use these steps and sometimes WRITE over the intended page so it creates a new agenda....but writes over the page I intended to be the next month's agenda. What am I missing?
Cheers!

I've gone thru the steps as written multiple time, carefully, and sometimes it works, sometimes not.
Cheers!

Make sure you aren't just changing the date of an existing agenda.
