Good Morning - Happy New Year,
I recently took over the web responsibilities for club # 3383. I sent all of my current members a new member invite to log into the site. Attached is the message that I am receiving and I have no clue what to do. Members are telling me they are not able to se their password.

That is a valid message. Any time a member asks for a password reset you will be notified. This is so you can see if a member is having issues and contact them to assist.

You can shut off those notifications, but I generally would not recommend it.

You can also initiate the password reset for members by just selecting their name from the member login dialog and clicking the Authenticate/Login button without entering any password. Assuming that the member's email address is entered correctly, they should get the password reset link in their email.

Thanks guys.
I actually had someone walk me through what they were doing and it looks as though they have followed proper procedure - it tells them they will get an email with their password and it never shows up. Not sure if I have done something incorrectly as the webhost.

Is there someone who could do a ZOOM meeting with me to review the website and make sure I have things set up correctly?
I am not technically proficient - so some of your instructions are not detailed enough for me.

I also tried to go in and sign them in and got the same message.
