Our club website is accessible but just spins when attempting to access the agenda or administrator link. Is anyone else experiencing this? Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks

I checked and my computer is already set to accept cookies. You mentioned to click on link at bottom to reset website, which link? The "request a FTH 2 website? Will that erase the history and settings already established on our website?

All of our officers are having the same issue, our FTH website just spins without opening.

The link reads "(Click here to reload website from server.)" and is right at the very bottom of the club's home page (and other pages), underneath the standard Toastmasters terms of use wording.

I did click on the reload link as suggested and I was able to log in but when I tried to add a new agenda it began spinning again. I opened another browser and tried to access the site but it was still spinning trying to access the last command. I think it will eventually stop after several hours and I will be able to log in again but the first command will begin the spinning again. Any thoughts?

Just a thought - could your anti-virus software or firewall be blocking or restricting the site?

I have seen this happen to one user - she got rid of the spinning wheel by changing her anti-virus settings.

Whenever there is endless spinning just after website load or on a data transfer, *always* look for a JavaScript error. That is the main symptom.
