Hello,
Recently I have updated my email address on the 3 Toastmasters websites where I am being a member. Today I send an email to all members advising them of my new email but I get a message back on my old email that I have no permission to send out emails to the address.
Regards
Emmi Godau

You can only send email from an email address that is registered on your club website.
If your old address is no longer on the website, you will get an error message if you send from that account, as it is no longer recognised.

Note - you can set up a primary and a secondary email address on your profile, in which case you can send email from either of them.
