With this feature update, the website admin (via an admin login) can now delegate access to the Website Settings Module to up to 3 club/district officers. This is now permitted by a change I made to the JavaScript that tweaks the look of Website Settings Module if it is accessed without an admin login.

Here is what the new settings drop down looks like:

Here is what the Website Settings module currently looks like and will continue to look like for an admin login... notice the highlighted elements of the screen capture here...

With this update, if an officer who has been granted access to this module accesses it via the menu link and is not logged in as the admin, here is what they get...

Bottom Line: The only person who can grant access privileges and update administrator information is someone who logs in as the website admin--this is as intended and as designed. However, now the admin can delegate additional website update responsibilities to other people consistent with my vision of the website admin being more of a "website supervisor" and less of a "website do-er".

The benefit of this is that you do not need to log in as the admin to edit your home page if you have had access granted to you as an officer.

I am the treasurer for Quest 4643. (Also the admin). I granted access to the settings to myself, then logged out as admin and back in as myself. No new menu link. I went back in and the settings hadn't been saved even though I clicked on the Save button and received a confirmation.

I am not seeing any issues... Please try clicking the reload link at the bottom of the screen.

The behavior works the same on my iPad. I am the Secretary for Valencia 1670. I gave the secretary access, saved, got a confirmation, exited, logged in as myself, no menu link. Went back in to the access settings, nothing selected.

Screen refreshed, but the problem is in saving the selection in the access panel.

I tried this in Chrome. Same results. In fact, as soon as the console is closed, when it is reopened the selection is gone.
