I requested that Chip Brinks be added. Is it possible that in adding Chip, I removed Myself and Richard inadvertently, as it seems neither of us are getting any emails as Site Adminustrators?

The administrator is listed as Chip Brinks.

The admin panel is designed to contain one administrator email address only. If you want more than one person to receive those emails, you would need to set up some kind of forwarding alias elsewhere. Another option is to share the admin password, though this is not recommended practice.

If you want several people to have access to the admin function so that they can manage different parts of the website, you can delegate functions to different officers. E.g. the VP Membership could access Membership management and the VPPR could access Custom pages, Downloads and Basic settings.
