On my club's agenda the attendance record showed "uncertain" for some people who had been assigned roles by myself or the VPE. Shouldnt the attendance register show anyone "assigned" or "accepted" roles as attending ? In my case I had to edit the attendance register to show those people assigned roles as attending. My club# is 2976 and the agenda I refer to is dated February 20th. Thank you.

Ralston,

You are correct that the attendance should show "attending" for this scenario.

However, as with any new feature, what we anticipate people will do is not always the case...

So, tell me step by step how to reproduce the issue that you are seeing so that I can see it and get it fixed...

Thanks Steve, here is a step by step on what happened.
1. At our last meeting on 2/13, I asked members to fill any open roles for the next meeting on 2/20.
2. Four members volunteered for the four open roles.
3. As admin and President for our club I then assigned these four roles to the four volunteers.
4. I subsequently checked the attenance register and noticed that the four members were marked as "uncertain' which is the default wheras members who had signed up oin their own were marked as attending.
5. I therefore changed the attendance of these four volunteers to "attending" to correct this issue.

I would like to see the attendance register reflect the correct attendance for any members who have been assigned or accepted roles. If this is not possible then I would have to remember to check the attendance register for any persons assigned. Thank you.

You are misunderstanding what I need... See my comments above

I went to the "agenda items" tab in the Agenda Editor and for each of the four unassigned roles I clicked on the name of the voulunteer member that appeared in the drop down box "Click to assign member", saved the result and closed the window.
