NEW FEATURES - Email Tools for Send Basic Email 7 years 2 months ago #61352

I am releasing the email tools for email templates and email signatures for use with the Send Basic Email feature. These tools were actually developed first for use with this functionality... I just released them for the agenda email in the opposite order that I implemented them.
The purpose of the email template tools is to allow you to make reusable emails complete with fill-in parameters. Eventually, I intend to phase out the new member welcome email in favor of this approach which is more flexible... In fact, I will be adding another item to the Email Tools drop-down in the future to allow you to pull in the default new member welcome email text to the Send Basic Email dialog in support of this transition.
