I turned this on to test and have a few notes. I sent out an agenda email to our club and after receiving I noticed the Confirm/Drop clickable links are a little confusing. It shows up in my email as "ConfirmDrop". There should be a space or separator so it doesn't make a user think they are confirming a drop. When I clicked "Confirm" the email body has an oddity - respon! se. (computer email software, Outlook). The "Drop" email shows the 2nd row correctly.

Unfortunately, I think links are getting clipped... I will have to look into it.

What browser and email system are you using?

Ok, I think I have this sorted out now. The main issue is that I need to limit the line lengths in the underlying HTML for emails. The response links make the email lines very long. If they are too long, the email software clips them or mangles them. I can insert newline characters in the HTML to force your email software to take "smaller bites" (smaller lines). (I have now inserted a lot of newline characters.)

The other thing is that I have to be careful to limit the length of the mailto links. My research indicates that the body of the generated email should ideally be less than 256 characters. If it is longer than that in the mailto link, again, mangling is possible.

Key reference info:
stackoverflow.com/questions/4473959/effe...-mailto-body-lengths
stackoverflow.com/questions/15579224/wha...ely-used-in-an-email

I think I have now addressed these... can you please take a look and see if you are still getting a problem? :)
