Hello,
First, apologies in advance, for what I think is probably a duplicate question.

We are currently using an email thread to handle notifying members about meeting roles, and sending confirmation responses. Needless to say, we think this is not the most effective way we could manage our meetings.

We would like to investigate the Meeting Agenda Managment Tool to help streamline things. I have 2 questions:
- Will the Agenda Template tool do what we need?
- Is there any 'How to get started' documentation available to help us to get a proof of concept going?

Thank you in advance for your help.

FTH is not a mail list in the traditional sense we do not support email threading.

The Agenda documentation is here

Agenda Templates are just reusable named agendas that you use as a consistent starting place for making dated agendas for specific meeting dates.

The dated agendas are really what all the available agenda features are geared to. For example, the Email Agenda feature has a lot of functionality built into it to allow you email out a dated agenda and get people signed up for meeting roles via that email, if you wish.
